If a reward was sent to the wrong address, or a recipient can’t find the email, you can correct the address and resend the same gift card. No additional funds are deducted.
Why recipients may not see the reward email
Common causes include:
The message was routed to Spam/Junk or Promotions.
The email was accepted by the server but filtered by company security tools.
The recipient deleted it or missed it in a busy inbox.
If a recipient reports they did not receive a reward email, you can resend it from the Giftronaut dashboard.
Scenario 1: Wrong email address (typo or update needed)
What happens
You will resend the original reward email to a new email address. The original link remains valid, but access follows the latest email you send.
Steps
Go to Order Management → Order History and open the order.
In the recipient list, locate the recipient and click the pencil icon next to the email address.
Enter the new email, then click Yes.
Scenario 2: Email correct, but the recipient didn’t get it
Quick checks
Ask the recipient to:
Check spam/junk and Promotions tabs.
Search inbox for “Team Giftronaut” or the email subject you used.
Add no-reply@giftronaut.com to their contacts to ensure that they receive the email in the future.
Resend steps
Go to Order Management → Order History, open the order.
In the recipient list, select the recipient by checking the box.
Click Resend and confirm.

Tips & troubleshooting
Corporate filters: Some companies block external reward emails. Ask IT to allowlist no-reply@giftronaut.com and the giftronaut.com domain.
Limit resends: Multiple resends in a short period can trigger spam filters.
