Accounts must be pre-funded before you can place orders.
To add funds:

In your dashboard, click Add Funds.
Choose your method: Credit Card or Invoice (ACH/Wire).
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the deposit.

Payment status
Until we receive and post your payment, your deposit will appear as Pending in your balance.
You will receive an email notification when funds become available.
How long does it take for funds to become available?

* In rare cases, additional verification may be required. If so, processing can take up to 2 business days for credit card deposits.
Fees and limitations
Credit card deposits: 3% processing fee.
ACH/Wire deposits: No fees from Giftronaut.

Checks are not accepted. Any checks received will be securely shredded. Please use ACH/Wire or credit card instead.
