You can move funds between team members in your team if you have the required permission. By default, deposits are credited to the account that initiated the funding request; you can then reallocate to other admins as needed.
Requirements
You and the recipient must belong to the same team.
You must have the Transfer Funds permission (granted by a Super Admin).
You can only transfer from your available balance (pending deposits cannot be transferred).
Transfers cannot exceed your current available balance.
Instructions
- Log in to your account.
- In the left menu, go to Settings → Invite Your Team.
- Click the Transfer Funds button.
- If you do not see this button, you will need to contact your super admin to enable the permission.
- Select the recipient team member.
- Enter the transfer amount.
- Review the details and click Transfer Funds to confirm.
What happens next
The transfer is applied immediately to the recipient’s available balance.
The movement is recorded in the Account Balance tab for audit purposes.
Tips and troubleshooting
Button not visible: You likely lack permission. Ask your Super Admin to grant Transfer Funds access.
Insufficient funds: Ensure your deposit has cleared and is showing as Available (not Pending) before attempting the transfer.
Wrong teammate: If you sent a transfer to the wrong user, you can reverse the funds back to the correct account by making another transfer.
