Funding by credit card is the fastest way to top up your Giftronaut balance and start sending orders right away.
Steps
In your dashboard, select Add Funds.
Choose Credit Card.
Enter the funding amount (minimum $100 USD).
Enter card details and billing information.
Review the details and confirm your payment.
Processing time and fees
Fee: 3% processing fee on the deposit amount.

Processing time: Credit card payments are processed almost instantly during US business hours. Outside of US business hours, processing may take up to 1 business day. All credit card transactions are reviewed by our compliance team for your security.
* In rare cases, additional verification may be required. If so, processing can take up to 2 business days for credit card deposits.
Notes
Funds become available in your Giftronaut account once the payment clears.
You will receive an email confirmation and a browser push notification when the balance updates.
Credit card declines
If your credit card payment fails:
- Giftronaut does not automatically retry failed payments.
Contact your credit card issuer to find out why the payment was declined.
You may need to authorize payments to Giftronaut with your bank.
Once resolved, return to your Giftronaut dashboard and retry the payment.
