Giftronaut lets you collaborate with colleagues while maintaining control over who can fund, send, and view account data. A Super Admin can invite users and assign granular permissions at any time.
Where to manage team access
Go to Settings → Invite Your Team.
Inviting team members
Only a Super Admin can invite users.
Go to Settings → Invite Your Team.
Click Invite User and enter the team member's email address.
Select the appropriate permissions (you can change these later).
Click Send Invite. The user receives an email to set up their account.
Note: Invitations can be revoked before acceptance under Pending Invites.
Setting user permissions
A Super Admin can update permissions for any user at any time.
Available permissions
Fund the account – Add funds via credit card or invoice (ACH/Wire).
Integrations – Add or manage integrations on the account.
Place orders – Create Single Orders, Smart Orders, Campaign Orders, or Download Reward Links.
View account balance – See balances and deposits.
Access team order history – View order details, delivery, and redemption status.
Transfer funds between admins – Move available balance to another team member.
These settings ensure you can tailor each user's access according to their responsibilities, maintaining control and security over your rewards program management.
How to edit permissions
Go to Settings → Invite Your Team.
Click the three dots next to the user and select Change Roles.
Adjust permission checkboxes and Save.
How to deactivate accounts
Deactivate a user: In Invite Your Team, click the three dots next to the user and select Deactivate.
Temporarily suspend access: Uncheck all permissions (you can re-enable later).
View all deactivated users under Deactivated Accounts.
Changing super admin on a team account
