Roro AI is a chat-based assistant that helps you create orders and generate reports without navigating the portal step by step.
What you can do
Roro AI currently supports two tasks:
- Create an order — Place a One-Time Order, Smart Order, Campaign Order, or Reward Link Order. Roro AI guides you through each step and recommends options along the way.
- Generate a report — Pull order history and analytics data into a table you can download as a CSV or PDF.
How to access
Access Roro AI from your dashboard. Choose to either Create an Order or Create a Report to begin.
Creating an Order with Roro AI
Roro AI will walk you through each step of placing an order.
Previous Sessions
Click the clock icon next to the chat title to view your recent sessions — up to 25 are saved, and you can create or delete sessions from there.
Order Summary
While placing an order, the Order Summary panel on the right updates live as you chat — showing current values for amount, card type, message, subject, delivery, and recipients. You can always reset your selections through this panel.
Submitting feedback
Use the Report button at the top of the chat to flag bugs or share improvement ideas. Our team will investigate immediately and follow up once the issue is resolved.
Early Access notes
- Campaign creation and editing are not supported in chat — use the portal for those actions. You can still place an order from your saved campaigns.
- Roro AI is still in Early Access. For a confirmed record of your completed orders, please check Order Management → Order History.
