Redeeming a Giftronaut reward takes just a few steps. Follow the instructions for the type of reward you received.
Giftronaut Choice Card
A Giftronaut Choice Card lets you convert your reward into one or more brand gift cards available in your region.
Steps
Open your reward email and click Redeem Your Giftronaut Choice Card.
Click Send Verification Email to receive a one-time password (OTP). Then click Verify Email and Redeem Gift Card to access the redemption page.

Choose the brand(s) you want and add them to your cart.
You can also split your reward across multiple brands (e.g., part Amazon, part Uber).
Review and place your order.
Your gift card code(s) and redemption instructions will be displayed on-screen.
Notes
Once you confirm your selection, the Choice Card is redeemed and cannot be changed or exchanged.

If you close the page, you can return via the original email to view your codes again.

To Access Previously Redeemed Gift Cards:
- Click "Redeem Your Giftronaut Choice Card" from the original email you received.
- From the country selection page, click "Redeem $x.xx USD" Note: even if the balance is zeroed out, you will still have access to your previously redeemed gift cards.
- You will be taken to a page which lists all the brands available in your country. In the top right corner, click "Order" to bring up your gift cards.
- Click "View Gift Card", which will bring up the details and any special redemption instructions for the selected gift card.

Availability of brands varies by country and may change over time.
Branded Gift Card
A branded gift card (e.g., Amazon, Uber) is already set to a specific brand.
Steps
Open your reward email and click Redeem Your Gift Card.
Your gift card code and redemption instructions will appear on-screen.
Notes
Branded gift cards cannot be exchanged for a different brand after they are revealed.
Some brands may require you to copy/paste the code into your account or app.

Wrong email address? Contact your sender so they can update and resend the reward.
