If you were told a Giftronaut gift card was sent but you can’t find it, follow the steps below.
1. Check your email folders
Look in Inbox, Spam/Junk, Promotions, Updates, and Other tabs.
All Giftronaut rewards are sent from “Team Giftronaut” and the email address: no-reply@giftronaut.com.
2. Improve deliverability
Add no-reply@giftronaut.com to your contacts/allow list.
If you use a work email, your company’s filters may hold or quarantine external emails. Check your quarantine folder or ask your IT team to allow messages from giftronaut.com.
3. Verify the email address used
Ask your sender which email address they used.
If there’s a typo or you no longer have access to that inbox, your sender can update the email and resend at no extra cost. See their guide: Update and Resend to a New Email.
4. Deleted it by accident?
Your sender can resend the original gift card email. Resending does not reduce your balance or create extra charges. Please contact your original sender to resend the email.
