Why does my account need to be reviewed?
We work with regulated payment partners and must follow applicable financial laws. As part of onboarding, we verify your company information and assess initial activity to help prevent fraud and misuse. In some cases, we may ask for additional details about your organization or intended use.*
How long does this review take?
Most reviews are completed in less than one business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your funding request has been approved. If we need additional information for verification, you will receive an email from us to submit your documentation for review.*
Need to place an order urgently?
Reach out to your dedicated account manager or support@giftronaut.com. We will assess whether an expedited review is possible within our compliance requirements.
Will future orders be reviewed?
After approval, monitoring continues in the background as required by regulation and our banking partners. Day-to-day activity is typically unaffected. If something requires a closer look, we may contact you for clarification. We cannot approve the order under review until the requested information is provided.
If your account is restricted
While we aim to approve as many businesses as possible, some accounts may be restricted based on our compliance criteria and those of our financial institution. These decisions are made to meet legal and risk-management obligations.
If you believe your account was restricted in error, please reach out to support@giftronaut.com with your company name and super admin email. Our team will review and respond with next steps.
