Use Brand Templates to brand your gift card emails with your company logo, colors, and a consistent sender identity. With White Label turned on, the same brand carries through to the verification and redemption pages your recipients see. Templates can be reused across One-Time Orders, Smart Orders, and Campaigns.
Where to find it
Go to Settings → Brand Template.
Before you begin
Prepare your logo image (JPEG/JPG/PNG, ≤ 1 MB, minimum 360 × 80 px).
Remember: Subject Line and Sender Name set at Campaign/Order level will override the template’s values.
Step 1: Enter the template name
This will help you easily identify it when managing multiple templates.
Step 2: Set the sender name (optional)
Set the display name that appears inside the email layout (e.g., “Team Giftronaut” or “Acme HR”).
You can preview how it appears in the right-side preview pane.
The Email Display Name, which recipients see in their inbox, comes from your company information and is read-only here. To change it, go to Settings → My Account → Company Information.
Step 3: Upload logo/branding
Upload your organization’s logo or header image.
Formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG
Max size: 1 MB
Minimum dimensions: 360 × 80 px
Choose alignment (left/center/right) and adjust display size as needed.
- After you upload, a crop window opens. Choose Free, 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, or 360 × 80 to frame your logo.
Step 4: Add a default message (optional)
Add a default message to appear automatically in this template. This helps ensure consistency across repeat sends.
Step 5: Customize the Button and Border Color
Match the template to your brand:
Button Color: Affects the main call-to-action button. Pick a color with enough contrast against a white background. If it is too light, you will be asked to choose a darker one before you can save.
Border Color: Frames the content to reinforce your brand.
Button Font Color: Affects the font in the button.
Use the color dropper tool or enter hex codes directly.
White Label (optional)
White Label carries your brand beyond the email. When it is on for your company, recipients see your logo and Button Color on the verification and redemption pages, and Giftronaut branding is removed from the reward email and pages.
- Turn on the White Label switch in Settings → Brand Template, then agree to the terms. White Label is currently free to turn on.
- In a template, use Footer logo to choose Use my logo or No logo for the email footer. This setting is locked until White Label is on.
- If a template has no logo, your Sender Name appears as text in the logo area.
- The What changes card on the template list compares the redeem link email, verification page, and redemption page with White Label on and off.
- With White Label off, only the email logo and button color follow your template. Giftronaut wording, the footer, and the verification and redemption pages stay Giftronaut-branded.
Turning White Label on or off does not change rewards you have already sent.
Preview and Save
Use the live preview to confirm layout, colors, and logo sizing. Switch between the Redeem link email, Verification page, and Redemption page tabs to see each screen.
Click Save to make the template available across ordering flows.
Editing or Reusing Templates
Return to Settings → Brand Template to edit, delete, or preview templates.
Click the name of the template to edit the template.
Changes to a template affect future sends that use it; they do not modify rewards already sent, including their emails, pages, and resends.
