Use Email Templates to brand your gift card emails with your company logo, colors, and a consistent sender identity. Templates can be reused across One-Time Orders, Smart Orders, and Campaigns.
Where to find it
Go to Settings → Email Template.
Before you begin
Prepare your logo image (JPEG/JPG/PNG, ≤ 1 MB, recommended 360 × 80 px).
Remember: Subject Line and Sender Name set at Campaign/Order level will override the template’s values.
Step 1: Enter the template name
This will help you easily identify it when managing multiple templates.
Step 2: Set the sender name (optional)
Set the display name that appears inside the email layout (e.g., “Team Giftronaut” or “Acme HR”).
You can preview how it appears in the right-side preview pane.
Step 3: Upload logo/branding
Upload your organization’s logo or header image.
Formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG
Max size: 1 MB
Recommended dimensions: 360 × 80 px
Choose alignment (left/center/right) and adjust display size as needed.
Step 4: Add a default message (optional)
Add a default message to appear automatically in this template. This helps ensure consistency across repeat sends.
Step 5: Customize the Button and Border Color
Match the template to your brand:
Button Color: Affects the main call-to-action button.
Border Color: Frames the content to reinforce your brand.
Button Font Color: Affects the font in the button.
Use the color dropper tool or enter hex codes directly.
Preview and Save
Use the live preview to confirm layout, colors, and logo sizing.
Click Save to make the template available across ordering flows.
Editing or Reusing Templates
Return to Settings → Email Template to edit, delete, or preview templates.
Click the name of the template to edit the template.
Changes to a template affect future sends that use it; they do not modify emails already sent.
