What it is
Design with AI lets you produce unique images for Giftronaut Choice Cards using generative AI. It’s ideal for making rewards feel personal without hiring a designer.
With OpenAI’s DALL-E 3 model, you can produce a uniquely special design to go with your recipient’s reward.
Before you begin
This feature is available when creating a Giftronaut Choice Card.
Prompts can be up to 5,000 characters.
Prompts must follow Giftronaut's content guidelines (no inappropriate, hateful, or violent content).
There is a daily generation limit; avoid leaving the page while an image is generating.
Design with AI: How To Use
In your order flow, choose Giftronaut Choice Card → Design with AI.
Review the AI Image Design Guide for prompt tips, examples, and policies.
3. Enter your prompt. The more specific you are about subject, style, setting, and mood, the better the result.
4. Generate the image.
5. Crop & position the image to fit the Choice Card frame.
6. Use now (apply to this order) or Save for later (adds to My Designs).
If you use a design without saving, the image will revert to the default Giftronaut card image in Order Management after 180 days.
Saving and managing designs
My Designs: Save up to six images for reuse.
Recently Created Designs: Unsaved images appear here for 7 days, so you can retrieve or save a design you liked.
You can delete saved images at any time.
The recipient experience
Recipients will receive their Giftronaut Choice Card featuring the custom image you’ve created, offering a truly personalized experience.
FAQs
Are AI-generated designs stored permanently?
Saved designs remain in My Designs until you delete them.
Unsaved designs used in an order revert to the default image after 180 days.
What if there’s an error generating the image?
Confirm your prompt complies with Giftronaut's content guidelines; revise if needed.
Temporary API/network issues can occur during high traffic. Try again shortly.
What happens if I leave the page while the image is generating?
Leaving the page will consume one attempt from your daily limit. Stay on the page until the image finishes generating.
I forgot to save a design. Can I get it back?
Check Recently Created Designs (retained for 7 days) and save it to My Designs if you want to reuse it.
