We’re sorry to see you go. If you wish to permanently delete your account, follow the steps below. Please review the important notes first to avoid losing information or funds you may still need.
Before you delete
Export what you need: Download any reports or records you may require for your internal reconciliation.
Use or withdraw remaining funds: Deleting your account does not automatically refund unused balance. If you need a refund, see Requesting a refund below.
Super Admin only: Only the super admin can request or complete account deletion. Additional verification may be required.
What happens when you delete
Your account and order history are permanently removed.
Access for all users in the team account is revoked.
Deletion cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
Go to Settings → My Account.
Click Delete Account on the right side.
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion.
If you encounter any issues completing the deletion in the dashboard, contact support@giftronaut.com from your admin email.
Requesting a refund of remaining balance
Deletion does not trigger an automatic refund. To request a refund before deletion:
Email support@giftronaut.com from your super admin email.

Company name
Super admin name and email
Current balance and requested refund amount
Notes on refunds
Refunds are generally issued to the original funding method.
Any promotional credits or refund credits are non-refundable.
Processing times vary by payment provider and bank.
