You can cancel scheduled orders that have not been fulfilled yet. Once an order is fulfilled (sent), it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
What you can cancel
Scheduled orders (not yet fulfilled).
What you cannot cancel
Fulfilled / sent orders (including partially fulfilled orders).
Delivered rewards that have been opened or redeemed.
Brand exchanges after fulfillment.
Please double-check before confirming your orders to ensure everything is correct.
How to cancel a scheduled order
Go to Order Management → Order History.
Filter by Status: Scheduled.
Click the order type/number you wish to cancel.
Click Cancel Order (top right) and confirm.
Wrong email address after sending
If a reward was sent to the wrong email address, you can update the recipient email and resend to the correct address. See: Update and Resend to a New Email.
Note: Once a reward is sent, it cannot be canceled.
Status definitions
Scheduled: Created with a future send time; not yet fulfilled.
Processing: During periods of high volume, orders may take some time to process; not yet fulfilled.
Complete: Reward email has been sent to the recipient.
Canceled: Order has been canceled.
Important notes
Ensure recipient details, amounts, and brands are correct before confirming any order.
Refunds are not issued for fulfilled orders.
