Which Countries Can You Send DoorDash Gift Cards To?
DoorDash's consumer app currently operates in the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, and Giftronaut supports sending DoorDash gift cards to all four. A DoorDash gift card is country-specific — it can only be used in the country it was issued for, so a US-issued card can't be redeemed by a recipient in Canada, and vice versa.
When placing a Branded Gift Card order, choose DoorDash and your recipient's country from the dropdown.
Sending to recipients outside DoorDash's coverage? Use a Giftronaut Choice Card instead — the recipient picks a brand available in their own country rather than being limited to DoorDash.
How to place a bulk DoorDash order
- In your dashboard, select Place an Order → One-Time Order (or Smart Order for recurring sends).
- Choose Branded Gift Card, then select DoorDash and the recipient country from the dropdown.
- Enter the reward amount. To send different amounts to different recipients, set this per recipient in the next step.
- Choose a pre-made email template or create a new one, and add a subject line and message.
- Add recipients — single entry for a short list, or upload a spreadsheet for bulk lists (supports a different amount per recipient).
- Choose Send now or Schedule for a specific date/time, review the order summary, then click Send and Confirm.
You can track delivery status anytime under Order Management → Order History.

Expiration & redemption
DoorDash gift card balances do not expire, and no fees are deducted from the balance over time.
Recipients redeem their code in the DoorDash app or on the DoorDash website, under the Gift Cards section of their account. Gift card codes must be entered in that dedicated field — they cannot be redeemed as promo codes.
