2. Share or submit a lead
After approval, you can share your unique Affiliate Link or submit a warm introduction through the Lead Form. Giftronaut handles outreach and sales follow-up.
3. Earn
When your referred customer places a qualified order, you earn 5% of the Net Order Amount. You can also earn 5% on qualified orders that same customer places within 12 months of sign-up.

Yes. There are no application fees, membership fees, or costs to start referring qualified businesses.
Do I need to be a Giftronaut customer to participate?
No. You do not need to be a customer, but your application should show a credible way to introduce relevant B2B gifting opportunities.
How do I refer someone?
You can share your Affiliate Link or submit a warm introduction through the Lead Form. Lead Form submissions take priority over link-based attribution during the active 180-day lead attribution window.
Does my Affiliate Link expire?
No. When a prospective customer signs up through your Affiliate Link, the Affiliate Code is stored at sign-up. The 180-day window applies to Lead Submissions only, not Affiliate Link attribution.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are reviewed monthly and issued when your eligible unpaid rewards reach the $25 minimum threshold. Balances below $25 roll forward.
What counts as a qualified order?
A qualified order must be properly attributed to you, completed by the referred customer, and not canceled, refunded, reversed, charged back, duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise disqualified.
What if two affiliates refer the same company?
A valid Lead Submission generally takes priority during its active 180-day lead attribution window. If the referral is link-only, Giftronaut uses last-touch attribution at sign-up.
Can I refer my own company?
No. The program is designed for genuine customer acquisition, not self-attribution or related-party transactions.

The Fine Print
- Rewards are calculated on Net Order Amount, excluding cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, and other non-qualifying amounts.
- Rewards are issued only in whole dollar increments and rounded down when needed.
- Reward instruments expire 180 days after issuance unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Giftronaut whenever promoting Giftronaut or using an Affiliate Link.
- Giftronaut may review, hold, adjust, reverse, or deny rewards when required by the Giftronaut Affiliate Program Policy.
